That the cat is to live in a private residence as a companion animal.
To provide the cat with sufficient quantitties of nuttricious food and refresh water each day.
Never to strike or other wise harm the cat.
Never to have the cat declawed.
To spray/neuter the cat by 5 months of age. Proof of surgery must be mailed to the
original caregiver within 30 days of the procedure.
To ensure that the cat's vaccination (rabies and 4-in-1) are current and to provide
veterinary care upon sickness,disease, or injury.
To provide the original caregiver with the contact information of the veterinarian and to
give tthe original caregiver premission to talk to access cat's medical records via the aforementioned veterinarian.
To give the original caregiver regular updates regarding the cat;s health status through pictures wich may be done
via Facebook.
To give the original caregiver the rights to verify that the terms of this adoption agreement are being observed.
That if the car must be relinquished for any reason by the adopter, s/he MUST NOT
turn the ca over too a humane society, sheler or person, but must return the cat to the original caregiver
OR AdUCats representative.
That failure to perform the foregoing agreement will cnstitutue a breach of contract. In
the event of any such breach of contract, the original caregiver has he right or reclaim possession of the adoptetd cat.
